This is awesome except for one problem. It will not connect to my Pandora account. I even tried creating a new account and had the same problem. Other than that issue. It works great.

Works great with mini jack audio hookup. Do not try to use with iTunes. You will only waist time that you will never get back. The show box app is a piece of crap. Only plays audio files you copied to your iOS device , it will not play iTunes purchased music. AirPlay is enable for this device but does not work!!! I have a old iPod. The GUI is not intuitive at all. I think Ill just use that with a mini jack cable and forget trying to control it remotely. Please fix the air play feature and I will buy 4 more for my back yard.

I kept pressing the on button and nothing happened. The other buttons also do nothing, they need a tutorial.

This app is useless without instructions!!! Ive attempted to use it several times to no avail. A search on Google turned up similar complaints. Delete. Delete.

This product is great does what it says its going to do I love setting number 10 with music need to be a little computer savvy and patient

I bought this and read how people say its terrible. I have two things that helped me. 1) read the instructions and 2) play with it in the house like I did. After that it should be easy to use and understand.

And a feature to have program times on and off. Allow the box to come on at 6:00 pm by itself or when power is restored from a time clock.

Definitely needs to have more features to in the app for customization like scheduled times to turn on. Also, the fact that I have to disconnect from my home wireless network is annoying. It would be nice to be able to control and secure access to Show Box from my network. Also, being able to customize light patterns would be awesome.

It does so many things but does not have a setting so it will come in and off for you like a timer.

Why pay through the roof for this product if it doesnt even come with music, and you cant stream music because you cant connect to the internet, the app didnt work half of the time and when it did play music the lights freaked out and flashed way too much plus the sound quality wasnt that good. dont waste your money, buy something else.

The app works as advertised, I have seen the app crash on occasion so that needs to be fixed in the next release. A timer for on would be a good addition.

I bought this product, and read the instructions that actually came with the show box. Its pretty simple to use. People just dont take the time to read!!!

I just downloaded the app but it keeps saying it failed to connect to my wifi network, which makes absolutely no sense. Then its telling me to connect to the showbox wifi, and if its not there, which of course it wasnt, then to turn showbox on. Now I would have just done that IF THERE WAS A WAY TO TURN IT ON!!! What the hell kind of mess are you trying to pull? Dont tell me to turn it on if theres no ducking way to turn it on!!! Common sense!!

Same as other negative review. Keep saying it failed wifi connection. Tried multiple times & gave up.

Not easy to use. Every time you sign on you have to re-enter wifi....it should remember it. Takes for ever to use, not user friendly. Cant search my iTunes music just view. Make this simple, one time set up, one time wifi, add iTunes search and add easier functions can not set up lights to flow with music. :(

The worst app Ive ever downloaded. Wont connect to WiFi. What a waste of time.

Following instruction in shoebox manual and app fails to connect. PIECE OF CRAP, how about fixing it, Im not the first person to give ONE STAR.
